The trip in a nutshell
Tour of Japan, but for those with just a few days? We’ll take care of it, with the right itinerary for those who have little time but want to immerse themselves in the culture of the Land of the Rising Sun. In Japan, everything is hectic but perfect, and we will have a taste of its most iconic places: Tokyo, the ultra-modern capital, and Kyoto, rich in history and ancient traditions.
We will see with our own eyes how modernity and traditions manage to mix and coexist, making Japanese culture fascinating and timeless. Tokyo will leave us speechless with its orderly chaos, between Shibuya, the world’s busiest intersection, and Ueno, the city’s most famous park, which during the blossoming season is populated by locals picnicking under the cherry blossom trees. We will travel on the Shinkansen, the high-speed train network, to arrive in Kyoto and admire Arashiyama, the bamboo forest, Kinkakuji, the golden temple, the torii of Fushimi Inari and the geishas strolling at sunset through the streets of the Gion district. Kimono on, chopsticks in hand: off we go!
Travel mood
The itinerary is very intense and can therefore be tiring. There is a lot of travelling to be done, which is why a backpack and not a suitcase is compulsory. Three hotel changes are planned.
Physical effort
No excessive or particularly strenuous physical exertion is expected, however, during the days, you will cover many kilometres to reach and visit the various points of interest.
